There are a few reasons this could happen. Let's go through them to help you figure out what is happening.
1) Is it the correct link?
One reason this error could appear is if the space does not exist. You could double check that by copying the shared link again from your spaces list.
2) Has this space expired?
This is only applicable in case the space was ordered through our sketch services. Spaces that we sketch have a fixed duration validity, you should check in your orders that this order has not expired. If it has, you can top-up to extend the validity.
3) Is the space published?
The most common reason why this error may appear is if the space is not published. Check in your list of spaces the status of the space, if it is a draft, unpublished, or archived, the shared link is disabled as per our pricing plans. If this is the case, you need to publish the space for it to be publicly available.
4) Is your account in "private mode"?
In order to limit abuse of our application and support the trust that your clients have towards spaces shared on Smplrspace, you need to verify your email address and phone number in order to share spaces publicly. Your first 3 spaces are exempt from this verification to avoid having users face difficulties when first trying our product. To check this, login to your account and check for a banner that should appear on top of the screen. If you see that banner, head to your account settings to set and verify your email address and phone number.
