This page covers common questions about Smplrspace pricing for Software companies, including quotes, billing scenarios, free spaces, and changes to your spaces over time.
When will I receive my invoice?
Invoices are sent at the start of each month for the previous month’s usage and services.
What happens if I archive a space?
Archiving a space before its renewal date avoids future charges, but does not refund the current year’s fee.
How do I pay my invoice?
You’ll receive an email with a secure link for payment secured by Airwallex. We accept all major credit cards or Airwallex transfer. For large amounts, you can get in touch for bank transfer details.
What if my space grows in size?
If your space increases in area or changes tier, a top-up fee will be charged in the next invoice.
Are there any free tiers?
Yes, your first 3 spaces are free of annual platform fees. Fees apply to all spaces once you add a 4th.
What happens after I receive quote?
Once you’ve accepted our quote and commissioned the job, we’ll digitize your space using your provided floor plans and instructions and transfer it to your account. We will issue the invoice the following month.
